Annie Lofi ("we", "us", "our") is a lofi music streaming application available on Apple TV and at annielofi.com. 2. Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. There is no account creation, registration, login, or sign-up functionality in our app or on our website. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
3. How the App Works
Annie Lofi retrieves a configuration file from our server that contains the list of available stations and their metadata. Music playback is handled through Apple MusicKit and streams directly via Apple Music's infrastructure. Video backgrounds are streamed from our content delivery network. None of these processes involve collecting or storing personal data about you.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Our website at annielofi.com does not use cookies and does not employ any analytics or tracking tools. The Apple TV app does not use any third-party analytics SDKs or tracking frameworks.
5. Third-Party Services
Annie Lofi uses the following third-party services:
- Apple MusicKit — for music playback. Apple's own privacy policy governs the data processed by Apple Music. We do not receive any personal data from Apple regarding your listening activity.
- Content Delivery Networks — for streaming video backgrounds. These services may process your IP address as part of standard content delivery. We do not receive or store this information.

6. Children's Privacy
Annie Lofi does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 16. Since we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, the app is safe for users of all ages.
